does Sitelink have a smartphone app? or are they planning to add one? it would save me so much time when I am out of the office. if not a full fledged version then at least to look up tenants and put notes in the account. any and all feedback would be appreciated.

Adding unit contents to Site Link Tenant account
When we go to send out a Lien Auction notice, the keyword <tenant.unit contents> is placed where the inventoried items would be listed. How do you add these items to the tenants account so that they show up on the letter?

Move Out Refund with Credit on Account
Tenant vacated 2/28/19. They had a credit of $75.48 that had previously been applied to March rent of $170.00. It doesn't change the figures if I click the Waive all fees dated after move out box. Or the Prorate rent box. Or both. Any suggestions. I also tried changing move out date to 3/1. Thanks.

Declined Payment (Reason Code: 100)

When a tenant comes in or pays online and they pay for 3 months or more at a time they receive a 10% discount for each month. Is there a way that a tenant who is paying online can receive the credit?

Military Tenant Identifier
I have seen in sitelink a report that shows whether we have marked someone as active military or not. Of course, now that I need to pull it I can't find the right one.
