ACH reversal
Is there a reversal process on ACH payment if the mistake is caught before end of day is ran? It's a time consuming process to call our merchant to have them reverse it.

Reserving "unavailable" Unit
When our units are vacated we code them unavailable until they are cleaned and ready to rent. I have unit that is on the list to be prepped that I want to reserve for a tenant. How can I do this?

Tenant Moved Out of Unit by mistake
Any suggestions? Tenant has two units. A move out was done on one unit by mistake. Refund applied to the other unit. I can't "undo move out" because the refund was applied to the other unit. Sitelink Report module date not updating to current day
It seems since the last major update the report date is not defaulting to current date. We have to watch to make sure the current day is dropped in box. It is usually a day or two previous. Anyone else experienced this and is there a fix I can do on site?

We had a tenant that moved out and was on auto-pay, however when he told us he was moving out we took out his credit card information so that we wouldn't charge him in error for new month. Is there a way to retrieve that credit card information?

Sharing of info with other facilities ?
Does anyone else share information among the facilities near your location, I.E. rates, bad tenants, unit availability ??? I feel as though those things should not be that closely guarded because we are all in the same business, so why not be friendly about it.
