Quotes or Estimates
Is there a way to print a quote on a unit through sitelink? I know we have the proration calculator but what if a business needs to have it printed? I cannot find anyway to do this and have had to manually create a quote/estimate through word which is a pain. Any insight would be awesome!

Lien question, sale or dispose?
In CT once a tenant reaches the Lien status, can the facility owner do as they wish with the unit contents? For example could the facility owner donate the unit contents or dispose of them instead of doing an auction sale?

Reminders
I am pretty new to Sitelink. I am very particular about keeping things cleaned and organized. In my reminder section I have a Due date tap. When I click on it is about 15 people on the list that tells me there due date, the trigger date and how many days past. These people on the list are paid. This does not happen to…

Requirements for rental
We have been toying around with what things we require from prospective tenants as a condition to rent. We started out with a simple policy requiring photo ID, but over time we have noticed a few trends. I looked at every auctioned tenant, and every incident report (i.e. sleeping in unit, etc.) filed in the last 7 years;…

Cleaning Outside Rollup Doors
Does anyone have a suggestion to clean the outside rollup doors that does not consist of towels and a bucket of water. We are in the south and pollen is taken over our forest green doors. The owner though about pressure washing, but I'm concerned about the water getting into tenant units. Has anyone had success with…

Being Salty
Hi everybody! I'm about to experiment with rock salt and the effectiveness of it as weed killer. There are a few areas on the lot that we never want weeds EVER, and as it's less dangerous than Round-up and other chemicals, and supposedly has a lifespan of 5 - 10 years, it will be cost effective too. I'm trying it on a…

How Do They Find You?
I was watching "The Four Operator Imperatives" today, and Mr. Barragan spoke about the current rising trend of Online/Automated reservations and move ins. I began to wonder how each area sees move ins actually happen. Could this really be because of Covid? I live in a quickly growing rural area, and about %30 of my new…

Employee time sheets
What method does everyone use for employees to clock in and out on? I wish there was a feature inside of sitelink to handle this task. We are looking for better options than writing down on a sheet of paper or an app. Something that employees have to be at the facility to clock in and out on. Thanks in advance for the…

Overlock
Hi, I work at two different location that both use SiteLink. Can anyone help with finding a way to add these…

Does Anybody do Online Move Ins?
We use Sitelink's online move in portal and our app to have most of our tenants move in as we are 100% paperless. (if we must, we'll use MyHub but it is very clunky on our iPads) When I call Sitelink to see if they have features or offer feedback they say nobody does this so there's nothing in development. I find this hard…

Setting up Late Fee Schedules
Can you have one late fee set up in sitelink as a set dollar amount and another late fee as a percentage amount and have them occur on the same day? For instance, for all of our tenants with rents that would have a late fee of higher than $20 a month we want to charge them 20% per month. Both late fees would be due on the…

Selling Unit's Contents From Out of State
Tenant in NY wants to sell her unit's contents here in FL remotely. We will not be involved. Only option I could come up with is an estate sale where the company removes the contents from the unit, stages elsewhere, and conducts the sale. All dealings between tenant and company. Any thoughts?

To Mask or Not To Mask ?
I know there are many variables to this question, which I won't list. In Florida our facilities have a mask requirement when you enter the office. We provide if the customer doesn't have one. Most customers have their own mask. In our area (central Florida) wearing a mask is not mandatory with few exceptions. Even where…

Sitelink eSign - Gate Codes revealed on lease document before payment is received
I've run into some issues with sending someone an elease for signature. The lease must be sent before the software will take a payment, however, the elease shows them their gate code.
