Daily Payments Report - Pay by Name - Normal Payment
In the daily payments report - one of the categories is "Normal Payment", does anyone understand the definition of this category? Is this calling out all payments made by tenants physically at the property? (aka driving to the property and paying the property manager cash, check, credit card, other) Thanks!

PRE LIENS AND LIENS NOT COMING UP ON THE LIST
for a few months now not all preliens and liens are showing up in the daily list. I have to manually go to their accounts and add them and then go to froms and print them. If we have a lot this takes a while. We aldo have old preliens and liens showing up in the prelien and lien list. Any idea why?

Online Move-In's for Vehicles
We're wanting to implement online rentals, but not sure how this would work. On our rental agreements for boat/rv/vehicles we include what is being stored. Credit cards being continually declined - Solutions gladly accepted
At our two locations in Florida we have 30 to 40 tenants (out of 1200) whose credit cards are routinely rejected every time they are run on auto pay. They are not responsive to calls, emails, or texts. Has anyone solved this problem? Do we make them cash or check customer only? Thanks.

On the Daily Close report - I entered a check for payment. Payment is reflected correctly in tenants account. On the Daily Deposit (close) it lists the check amount under the column for LEDGER but not on the column for RECEIPTS. Any ideas what caused this?
