My office is open 3 day's a week and my daily deposit is back dated from last week this has never been a problem before. I do not close out on days we are not open but I have not had a problem before. I have one tenant whose invoice will not clear in the reminders section. I have emailed it to her, verified email was delivered I have even printed out the invoice, however, the invoice still shows up in "Reminders" as needing to be sent. Anyone have this happen to them? I can't read the entire comment on the screen. I thought the comment used to populate into notes? I scrolled, made the other fields smaller etc. I still can't get the entire comment.

A customer's credit card was charged for monthly rent by accident, and the receipt was voided so the payment no longer shows, but when I clicked "yes" to refund the payment amount to the customer, a notification popped up that said the refund was unable to be processed. Per Sitelink online move-in instructions, the demo shows insurance selection as Step 1 of 4 steps on the move-in page. We have had several tenants make reservations on line and upon arrival find that they have selected a unit that is way too small. Causes a bit of a problem when there is only one or two of the size reserved available and we loose out on a rental. Any suggestions on how to improve the situation?

In the daily payments report - one of the categories is "Normal Payment", does anyone understand the definition of this category? Is this calling out all payments made by tenants physically at the property? (aka driving to the property and paying the property manager cash, check, credit card, other) Thanks!

I'm not having any luck finding a replacement for the latch pictured. We have several in use now and I would like to replace a broken one with the same. Anyone know where I can order more? I've checked everywhere I can think of and no luck.

for a few months now not all preliens and liens are showing up in the daily list. I have to manually go to their accounts and add them and then go to froms and print them. If we have a lot this takes a while. We aldo have old preliens and liens showing up in the prelien and lien list. Any idea why?
