I noticed a couple of my 5x10 units were missmarked as 10x5's in Sitelink so I went in to Modify Units and changed the dimensions. On the map view it made the shape of the unit into a square and you can barely see the unit number. Do I have to go into the unit developer to correct this? Or just call tech support?

I wrote a stripper to grab the unit prices for every facility in the county. That's a total of around 700 units in over 50 facilities. I would like to make use of the competitor tracking feature but there's no way I'm entering and maintaining this data by hand. Is there a method for bulk inserting/updating those values?

We've been using a magtek - swipe the d/l and it loads the info into Sitelink. But FL licenses no longer have the magnetic strip. - It's more like a bar code. Any suggestions for a piece of equipment that will read that & input the data? And still read the credit card? Thanks, Mary
