Is anyone using G5 for their website design/hosting?
We are using a new facility as a test for G5 and having a few hiccups with online rentals. Specifically, we require an alternate and that the address for the alternate be different than the renter, however, the software cannot distinguish when the address is the same. Ach payments
I'm new to Sitelink and I'm having trouble with my ACH batches. It shows that on 10/5 I submitted $832.50 to be processed. However, it hasn't shown up in my bank, and all of those tenants still show not paid. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?? HELP!!

What gate access software do you recommend?
I am ready to move on! We have PTI and StorLogix. Every other week we are dealing with a problem, rebooting or calling for service. Now StorLogix is showing "waiting to connect or unknown" We have rebooted everything but nothing works so again another service call.

Refund question/concern - For Storable Developers
With our old credit card processor we were able to adjust the dollar amount to be refunded - whether that was prorating rent or leaving an admin fee. Is there any chance we could see this feature down the road with Storable payments? Thanks! Drew

Credit card processing taking longer to receive deposits & partial payments
Has anyone else seen a change in the way they are receiving their credit card deposits? I have been seeing an additional day (or more) to receive and now we are receiving partial amounts. I have called about this issue (additional day or more) and we do not get an answer, just a run around.
