Processed a cc payment today. That process failed. We processed it again. We can now see the approved cc payment in MyHub. Sitelink doesn't show the payment on the tenant's ledger. Credit Card Reconciliation report shows the payment as Terminal Only status. How do we get that payment to be applied to the tenant's account?

I notice that when a customer changes their address online, it creates a note that shows that they have done so, which is great. However, the address shown in the note is the OLD address. I just moved out one of my interior units - I go to print out a new vacant list and realize this unit "1075" will not show up. First step is an obvious refresh, then a sitelink reset.
