If a person other than the tenant wants access to a unit, what documents do they need to obtain?
We have a new situation. We have a tenant who went into lien for nonpayment. Auction was the next step. A relative stepped up and paid what was owed and will be paying the rent as to not lose the contents (family stuff). This relative is NOT on the agreement and wants access to unit which she was told no (because she is…

Add DO NOT RENT to reservations please
We need to have a way to flag BAD tenants and see them on our reservations screen, I know I'm not the only one asking for this or even flags in general for staff to know not to rent to them. Revisiting the old credit card debate
I understand the need to increase security measures on credit card transactions. Is anyone using G5 for their website design/hosting?
We are using a new facility as a test for G5 and having a few hiccups with online rentals. Specifically, we require an alternate and that the address for the alternate be different than the renter, however, the software cannot distinguish when the address is the same. Anyone have suggested work arounds for this?
