Form formatting problem
I am trying to set up Sitelink to print my lease. However I cannot seem to get the formatting right on lining up the columns. I am using RTF format and this is the problem I am encountering: Left, right or center justify doesn't seem to make a difference. The columns never seem to line up. Any idea how to fix this?

Automatic payment that never processed
I just contacted a tenant regarding their past due balance and was told that in June, we had discussed setting up a card for automatic payment (which I do remember that conversation). However, the card was never processed on the 1st like all of the others. I went back to the Automatic Billing window and sure enough, he was…

Drilling Out Cylinder Locks
We use the Chateau cylinder lock C481-6 at our locations. In searching this forum found some ten year old info on the subject which said: "We use a drill and 3 different drill bits 1/8",
1/4" and 11/32" they are made of Cobalt. We start with the smallest,
dead center and drill, then we move up in sizes! Chateau sells a…

Returning/Former Customer
I have a new inquiry, from a former tenant, and I want to add him to Lead to Lease without re-entering all of his information. Is there a way to pull from prior tenants? When I am in Lead to Lease, and I click "Add", and look at the Legend at the top right, I see a color indication for Past Tenant, so there has to be a…

When we send a past due notice it automatically posts to the tenant's Notes. Recently developed a Credit Card Declined Notice to advise tenant their CC on file was declined by their bank. Chateau products alternative?
I've been having issues with Chateau over the last year regarding backorders and invoicing, so we are looking to transition to another vendor. Now that they closed the Las Vegas warehouse, everything ships out of Florida (and we are in California!) so lead times are now an issue too. Anyone have a "favorite" retail product…

PTI vs OpenTech Alliance
I am a new company and am wondering what other SiteLink customers use for gate access. Any reviews would be great. It's so hard to make a decision and it seems that these two and couple other are the only ones that communicate with the SiteLink software. Sort of limits things. I am a Canadian company from out west so I am…

Need suggestions on shipping container rental
Hey guys, My friend, who is an entrepreneur in Toronto, told me that to save cash flow and save credit, renting a container may be the best alternative at a fair monthly cost. And the monthly rental fee can be billed as a project cost, that allows maintaining short-term cash flow. He leased four Containers from a shipping…

Workflow changes after Sitelink Update
It would be very helpful if Sitelink would warn us about updates that change workflow BEFORE the update. Todays 06-22 update seems to have changed manually entering Credit Cards. Now a new pop-up box appears that requires ALL AVS information to be entered before running a card. We have a lot of tenants make payments over…

Travel in style to Mars
Who says space travel has to be boring, cramped, and uncomfortable? If a trip to Mars is like a Carnival cruise, maybe it wouldn't be half bad. If you had the money, would you go?
