StorLogix not reporting tenant access to multiple units
We recently switched from digigate to PTI. We have found that with StorLogix, when a tenant with multiple units (same gate code) enters and exits the facility, it only reports it on the unit with the lowest number. Suggested column for Lead to Lease
@storable_support It would be great if the Lead to Lease had a column for the type of unit beside the size. We use leads for a waiting list as well and when a unit comes open, we have to click each one to see if they are waiting for climate or non-climate. Thanks

I have a very overdue customer, who is uncontactable, and emails are being opened but ignored. The issue is this client has a unit full of legal documents (files from his law firm) among other things such as office furniture. I'm wondering what your process is for a customer moving out.? Do they have to email? Does the moveout have to be in writing? Maybe 5 day notice? Most of the time I find out they moved out, when I call asking for a payment.

In California is there a legal time frame to request that a tenant update their contact info?
I have been researching online and even contacting other facilities but can't find a time limit to give to renters for updating their outdated address/ contact info. If there is not a legal time limit, is it up to the owner and can we put it in our lease?

Tenant info screen masking Birth Date?
In this newest version of Sitelink, the Tenant info screen is masking the birth date. Not a problem since we can click the button to show it, but is this intended behavior? Why mask just the DOB and not SSN or DL#? Has anyone else run in to this? It did not do that in the previous version, at least for us.

Charging Late Fees
Currently we charge a fixed late fee of $15 regardless of unit size. Does anyone use the "percent of rent" option in Sitelink? If so what percent do you use? Any pros and cons of switching from "fixed" to "percent of rent" option for late fees? Thanks.

Why is it called Lead to Lease when it's a reservation screen?
I have a hard time training people making reservations. They are expecting to go to an icon called reservation. Calling it Lead to lease is EXTREMELY confusing for people.

How do I exclude Outdoor Parking Storage Tenants from receiving a gate code?
I'm setting up a new location with indoor and outdoor storage. I do not want the outdoor tenants to receive a gate code to the building. Sitelink is autogenerating one. I know I can lock them out one by one. I was wondering if I can restrict them via unit type. Thank you!
