StorLogix, Multiple Own Units and Alarms Going off
Two of our properties have individually alarmed units and use StorLogix. When a customer with multiple units enters (and the doors should disarm) the alarm on one of the units still go off. Any solutions or settings to check? Pictures or links would be nice

I have a Tenant that wants to Transfer Ownership of the Unit to her Brother. I have a Transfer Lease from Tenant to Another form for them to sign. Can I just change the name in the Patient information and then print out a new lease, or do I have to do a move out and move it?

Customers having issues making payments online

Price increase for current tenants
I increased by $5 all units on Oct. 1st through the modify units button. It automatically set the start date for Oct. 2. As of Oct.2 the tenant rate and the standard rate reflected the increase but the amount due still had the old rate.

Waiting Lists - Pros and Cons
Has anyone been successful in using a waiting list for units and parking spaces. If so what form did you use. We tried listing them as "Lead" in the reservations area but they soon became unmanageable. We only take reservations 14 days in advance and are at 94% capacity. Thanks!
