Tenant's Own Insurance Update
Can anyone tell me if there is an easier way to update a tenant's insurance. The way I know-even if I only need to change the expiration date on their policy is to cancel the proof, complete the transaction, go back in, put the exp date, policy #, insurance carrier, and amount of coverage all over again, then complete the…

Charging Late Fees
Currently we charge a fixed late fee of $15 regardless of unit size. Does anyone use the "percent of rent" option in Sitelink? If so what percent do you use? Any pros and cons of switching from "fixed" to "percent of rent" option for late fees? Thanks.

Move In Process
Our facility has been using SiteLink for the past 16 years first stand alone and then the Web Edition. We love SiteLink and it has been great for our facility but there is one thing I absolutely DO NOT like. It is the move in process. We are doing it the EXACT same way we did it 16 years ago and it just takes too long.…

How do I exclude Outdoor Parking Storage Tenants from receiving a gate code?
I'm setting up a new location with indoor and outdoor storage. I do not want the outdoor tenants to receive a gate code to the building. Sitelink is autogenerating one. I know I can lock them out one by one. I was wondering if I can restrict them via unit type. Thank you!

Payment Receipts Problem
Not sure what happened or when, but the payment receipts are incorrect. I have not modified the original form, but the fields in the <Receipt.ItemsTable> are wrong. CRM Review Prior Processing Errors Reports
I recently ran a CRM with hundreds of emails and several dozen failed and I did not print the error report in time, so I am not sure which tenants did not receive the CRM email. Adding a credit to an account
Is there an easy way to add credit to a customers account?? I've done a search, and all I can find is an awkward method requiring adding "future charges", and a dozen steps to go through. I am pleased to hear that Sitelink/Storable is building in a gate access system. Does anyone yet know if it will require new hardware, keypads, and wiring? Or maybe overlay an existing system?
