online payment not showing up
One of my online payments went thru with a receipt showing 5/1 to 5/31 but it still shows she owes the same amount.Her tenant "card" shows it's still due. She is a regular, no problem, long payment history tenant. Has this happened to anyone else? What went wrong? TIA!
