How to link a tenant with two units into one account?

Customers having issues making payments online

Price increase for current tenants
I increased by $5 all units on Oct. 1st through the modify units button. It automatically set the start date for Oct. 2. As of Oct.2 the tenant rate and the standard rate reflected the increase but the amount due still had the old rate.

Waiting Lists - Pros and Cons
Has anyone been successful in using a waiting list for units and parking spaces. If so what form did you use. We tried listing them as "Lead" in the reservations area but they soon became unmanageable. We only take reservations 14 days in advance and are at 94% capacity. Thanks!

Move out receipts
The ability to email move out receipts would be great. Every update I hope this will happen and hasn't yet. You can email just about every other notice but not the move out receipts. Only email from letters not when doing the actual move out. Why?
