Reminders Section on Home Screen
Under the Reminders section on the home screen I have a subtopic "Service Required" listed with a 1. I assume one item requires some type of service. Clicking on Service Required takes me to the Modify Units page. Can't find anything on this screen that needs service. What am I missing?

I received my second call today that the tenant argued with me that they paid their bill online. When I pull up the notes for the account it shows the tenant logging in, and making a payment. reservation comments
Does anyone know if there is somewhere in SiteLink that shows the full 'comments' from the lead to lease screen? I had a customer make a reservation and type a lengthy comment. The leads to lease screen only show some of it even if I re-position the column. I thought maybe the notes on the reservation page but nope!!

Pre-Payment Discounts visible online?
We offer a pre-payment discount at our facilities. If you pay 11 months in advance, you get the 12th month for free. Many of my customers pay online. Is there a way the customer can select this discount when paying online?

Multiple units payment only posted to one unit?
Multiple unit tenant paid, but payment only posted onto one unit and I'm not sure how to go back and fix this? Each unit should have had a payment posted instead it's showing one unit is now paid up for the next few months. I appreciate any feedback!! Thanks
