Sold Auction Units still on auction list
Question... Why do units that have been sold at auction still show under the Reverse Auction Tab under Select a Task? They do still show a balance since the auction price did not bring what the tenant owed.

Conform to CA Late fee Help setting it up
OK how do I set up all of my tenants to the CA late fee schedule? I found a way to set up new tenants, but how do I set up existing tenants? Furthermore, I can't find where the late fee schedule shows each fee associated with the tiered rate.

Deleting a future charge from payment screen
In Sitelink, When a Tenant's account has "Future Charges" on their payment screen; can I simply Delete the Selected Charge to remove it from the payment screen? And will the charge be re-applied when that payment is actually due??

Billing vs Mailing address - The Same thing???!!??

Missing AVS Information
Logged in this morning and found in Reminders we had 448 tenants missing AVS information. Granted I was off for two days, but what happened? We only have 882 tenants. I did a Live Update 30 minutes prior to a customer coming into the office to pay his rent. I received a message that the card could not be processed and suggested I very fields and run a Live Update. I run a Live Update again and received the same error 400? What am I not doing to get this error?

online payment not showing up
