Allowing Safes for firearms in storage any thoughts?
I had this specific question this week end. As I do not usually take inventory of personal property in units, I would not know what they are storing. I only ask no food and liquids of any kind. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

e-signing multiple reports
After taking a payment during move-in, I have clicked finish instead of reviewing all the paperwork with the customer to sign. Is there a way to bring up Multiple pages to e-sign? Or do I need to go into customer reports and bring up one at a time?

Re-print of previously paid invoices

Online Payment
A tenant paid online yesterday and she has 2 units. Unfortunately she ended up paying 2 months on ONE unit and not a payment on the the other unit. How am I able to reassign the payment? We do NOT have Sl merchant services.

Type of Auction
Do you hold live actions for your units? We use Storage Treasures at my current facility and are happy with them. Did live auctions at my last facility (6 years ago), but they were not well attended.

Delay After Update?
Is anyone else experiencing a delay between functions after running the Live Update this morning? Every time I hit Save, go back out of a tenant's screen, or pretty much anything, I get between an 8 second to 10 second delay.

Auto Bill Edit Disabled

Great idea for new feature-be able to add a picture to your unit notes from walk thru screen
It would be very helpful and help keep immaculate records on the condition of a unit if you could snap a photo to add to a unit note when doing walk-thru with your phone or iPad! ACH Auto Bill Account Type Business Checking
When selecting Business Checking I get a message stating the tenant needs to have a Valid Tax ID. We do not require the Tax ID. Is there a way to disable this? We just select Consumer Checking. Not sure it matters.
